Delete your JOINO Sport account

JOINO Sport is operated by AICO Tech L.L.C-FZ, Dubai, UAE. You can delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time, in any of the three ways below.

1. In the JOINO Sport app

Open Profile, then Edit profile, then Delete account, and confirm. If your setup is still incomplete, the same option is on the onboarding page.

2. On the web

Sign in at joinosport.com, open Profile and use Delete account. This works on any device and does not require the app to be installed.

3. By email

If you can no longer sign in, write to hello@joinosport.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify that the request comes from the account holder and then run the same deletion process.

What is deleted and when

• Access to the account closes immediately and your profile data enters the anonymization workflow.
• Active private conversations are removed from the live chat, and private Vision videos with their linked records are deleted.
• The sign-in record is permanently deleted after a seven-day safety window.

What may be kept

• Payment, refund and accounting records, for the statutory retention period and any open payment dispute.
• A restricted snapshot of reported content, only for the time needed to close the related safety case and meet legal obligations.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed by the store. Cancel them from your store account settings to stop future renewals.
