JOINO Sport is an 18+ padel community. These rules apply to player profiles, discovery, connections, chat, matches, events, venue reviews and support requests.
Community rules
Respect people
Treat every player, venue operator and organiser with respect. Harassment, threats, stalking, hateful conduct, sexual harassment and targeted humiliation are prohibited.
Protect privacy
Share only content you have the right to share. Publishing another person's contact details, private conversations, location or identifying information without permission is prohibited.
Keep profiles and content authentic
Use accurate account information. Impersonation, scams, spam, manipulated match evidence and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited.
Play safely
Follow venue rules, respect personal boundaries and communicate changes promptly. Physical threats, dangerous conduct and pressure to meet outside the agreed padel context are prohibited.
Safety controls
- Block a player to stop new community contact.
- Report a profile, message, review or safety incident from the relevant screen.
- Contact support at hello@joinosport.com.
- For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Review and enforcement
Automated controls can hold images and text for review. An authorised human reviewer decides the outcome for reported or held content. JOINO can hide content, restrict community access, pause match activity or suspend an account according to severity and available evidence.
Safety reports and related evidence can be retained for the time needed to resolve the case, prevent repeated abuse and meet legal obligations. Account deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.

Send context and the relevant account or case reference to hello@joinosport.com. Never email passwords, payment credentials or identity documents.
