Discover safely
Review compatibility built from privacy-safe member data. A pass hides the suggestion for 30 days.

Request connection
Connect sends an explicit request. The other player accepts or declines before a relationship is created.

Chat after acceptance
Messaging opens for accepted connections when enabled for both accounts. Block and report controls stay available with read-only safety history.

Community rules
Simple rules that keep the community healthy and enjoyable for everyone.
Be respectful
Treat every player with respect regardless of level, background, or nationality. This is a community of equals. Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.
Show up when you commit
If you confirm a match or event, be there. No-shows hurt everyone. If something comes up, cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Your reliability score matters.
Keep everyone in the loop
Use your match room and accepted connections to coordinate. Keep the time, venue and player details up to date, and tell the group when your plans change.
No spam, no self-promotion
Do not use the community for unsolicited promotions, sales, or advertising. Partners and coaches have dedicated channels. Violations result in warnings and removal.

Reputation
Reliability and no-show policy
Trust is the foundation of our community. We take reliability seriously.
How the reputation system works
Every member builds a reliability profile over time. When you confirm a match and show up, your score improves. When you no-show without notice, it goes down.
JOINO records verified reliability signals in the player system. Their visibility and any access benefits follow the controls active in each product release.
No-show consequences
- 1st no-show:Reliability decreases by 15 points.
- 2nd no-show:Reliability decreases again and remains visible on your player profile.
- 3rd no-show:Automatic 7-day restriction from community matches and events. Access returns automatically when the restriction expires.
Event deposits
Check the event listing before confirming your place. The organiser should make any fee or deposit, cancellation window and refund terms clear. Contact support if something is unclear.
